We start today!! It's 3:40 and I haven't had any time to exercise yet, I hope I get some in for our first day!! (And right now I just want a NAP!!)
Please remember 2 things when posting your time:
#1 Be creative! If you need to get in 10 minutes, go put on some fun music and DANCE with your kids!! ...or by yourself, whatever!
#2 Be honest!! If you go shopping, unless you are SPEED walking around the store the whole time, that doesn't count!! Yard work might cout... if you're working hard, but probably not 8 hours worth.... or even 4 hours worth :)

I got in 40 minutes yesterday of sit-ups, stretching and running and an hour of Yoga Booty Ballet today...thanks to Laura, I'm hooked! I love YBB:)

Laura, I'm not sure if this is where I'm supposed to post time but I have 1 hr. and 20 min.
I got a 30 min bike ride on saturday and today 20 min with Jillian's 30 day shred.
45 min YBB workout. Felt Great!
20 minutes Jillian's 30 day shred on Sat. + 36 minutes ybb today + 4 minutes ab ripper x before i had to get my crying baby. At least the 4 adds on to 36 to make an even 40! :)
1 hour in all.
50 minutes for me today.
WOW it has begun!! Worked out at the Y for an hour on Saturday the 2nd ran a mile and did legs!!!!

1hr 10 for Fri, 35 min Mon, 1hr this am, I am so impressed with all those of you that exercise all by your lonesome, so I asked help from Rick, to work out on Mon; the min I hear me or some one else say I'm done or I'm tired; boy do I want to quit, uugg, hey 30min is better than 0 min, came home and did some squats 3min, will ask Rick again to work out, 100 situps & 100 pushups, see how that goes. keep up the awesome work ladies

One more hour of YBB last night and took a 40 min walk/jog today while Anchor was at BBall practice:)
Got a 30 min walk this morning and 20 min with jillian, and I am not doing anything until monday again woohoo for the weekend.
Tuesday-1 hr.
Wednesday- 1 hr.
Thursday 1 hr 20 min.
Friday 1 hr. Funny story-I decided to take my 2 youngest boys out in the jogging stroller today and I'm about 1 1/2 miles from my house and my tire goes flat! So I had to hold the stroller up while I walked with my boys in it so I wouldn't damage the wheel. Great work out for my arms :)
45 min of YBB this morning:) Also did some yard work: planted flowers and pulled weeds for about half an hour so my right arm got an extra good workout, lol. Don't count that though...
Oh no, melanie! having to lift those darling boys for a mile and a half would be a great workout!!

I got in a 30 minute jog yesterday plus 40 minutes of Jillian and yoga today = 1 hour 10 minutes in all!
I worked out for 1 hour on Weds.

I got in a 1 hour class Monday and 45 minutes Tuesday. Then I slacked the rest of the week. Maybe today I'll add some more :)
I got in 30 min. of walking on thursday, hopefully next week will be much better!

Thanks to Amber and Laura, I went to yoga class today. Got in 1 hour...AWESOME!!! Thank you girls:) You're amazing;)
2 1/2 hours for me this last week.
I have one hour of yoga with Lexi and Amber today. So fun!! I love yoga. And I love good friends. :)
PLUS I crashed Amber's dance party today. She was working out on the wii and I just happened by at the right time! So happy I did!! Another 30 minutes at least.
