This is already added!!! Thank you!

We are moving right along and feeling strong! You ladies are doing good things for yourself, which allows you to then do good for others! Don't forget that...

I went to a great combined Relief Society meeting with the Coolidge wards(some of you were there) and the speaker gave some great insight. She said that we run on a 6 Cylinder Living module. They are;
Brain, Emotions, Choices, Body, Senses, and Spirit. We need to be aware of all these and take care of each cylinder so that we may "run" effectively. Make sure to take time for you, don't feel guilty...If we are trying to balance our lives and keep a proper perspective than we will function better in our lives. It is hard and it takes effort, but we are promised that it will be worth it in the end.

Let's help each other reach our goals and have fun doing it!

Ok so for today, 30 min walk, 20 min Jillian, and 20 min dance dvd.

I feel like I never really know if this is where I post. I am posting anyway here and hope you guys get it. I'm not techy and will never be I have to admit. :)

Hours: Sense I don't post daily I round my time up. Don't worry, totally honest. I usually record under what I do just in case.

So last week I had about 3 hours and then 1 today! YEAH EXERCISE!

Went for a run/walk this morning. I planned on an hour but only made 46 minutes. I went at 8am and was looking forward to every exhalation so that I could feel the air I had exhaled. It was cool compared to the air I had to inhale...that's HOT! Note to all: Go running EARLY:)

I know! Sad it's getting so hot. :p At least we know it will be over in a few months... 3 months, maybe four... but then we'll have the next 8 or 9 months to love exercising outdoors again!

Mon. 20 min. yoga + 25 min jillian
Tues. 45 min ybb

1 hour 30 min in all :)

Tuesday 30 min walk and 20 min with Jillian. Wednesday 40 min walk and 20 min with Jillian and 15 min dance dvd.

Went for my first "official" run this morning, well more like run a couple meters, walk a couple meters, then run again, but it worked for me.

Saturday- 2 1/2 hours at Sunsplash again-walking, climbing stairs, and swimming (at night MUCH COOLER)
Wed- 1 hour swimming
Thursday- This morning 1 hr 15 min walking/running
