During our process of getting fit and healthy, I am sure we want our families to join us! I am always aware that I am responsible to teach my kids to eat right, exercise, and take care of their bodies.
We have been given these amazing bodies and we are entrusted to do good things with them. I hope you include your kids and husbands in this journey, and make it a family affair!!

5/10- 2hrs 50min in the am; then 1hr35min.(wrote 3hrs50min &1hr35 last tues the 10th,ooopss, not correct)
5/11- 3hrs 5min, yes i do time self
5/12- 3hrs

5/14- 2hrs30min
5/15-O and i was supposed to go walking with sweet friend, oh well she was probably taking nice siesta, jealoussss

Saturday = 36 min. YBB
Monday = 50 min run with walk, felt so good:)
Yesterday 50 min and today 30 min walk and 20 min Jill
Tuesday = 30 min walk
Wednesday = 30 min walk
20 min for me.
Thurs = 50 min run and walk
Friday = 45 min YBB, sit ups, and practicing yoga moves
wed. 30 minutes jogging around neighborhood
thurs. 10 minutes walking
fri. 20 minutes jillian
1 hour in all
Saturday the 21st 45 min bike ride.
45 minutes ybb - i know you know, but i really like ybb... :)
